The 2019-2020 school year will be my 13th year teaching here at Osseo-Fairchild Schools. This year, I will be 8th grade health, high school health, introduction to leadership and coaching, anatomy and physiology and medical terminology. In the past, I have also taught 6th grade health, 7th grade health, the health and fitness elective offered at OF and anatomy through dissection (during HAMR Time).
I am the Teens Against Destructive Decisions (TADD) advisor and the Above and Beyond group advisor. I currently coach varsity girls basketball and I have previously coached freshman volleyball and JV basketball here at Osseo-Fairchild.
I attended Northern Michigan University where I majored in Biology and Health Education. I also was a scholarship athlete as I played basketball for the university and was a student assistant coach for the program when my playing years were done.
I received my masters degree in professional development in education from University of Wisconsin Stout and also received an add on certificate from University of Wisconsin LaCrosse in health education.
I live in Eau Claire with my husband Shane, my sons Cullen (6) and Bennett (4), Cassidy (2) and our husky Maui.
