Class Summary - Today you will be completing a stress profiler. This will ask you to rate your stress levels in different areas. A #1 would state that you strongly disagree with the statement, a #2 moderately disagree, a #3 would state you moderately agree and a #4 would mean you very much agree with the statement. This is in PDF format. You will need to use a sheet of paper (or print it out if you want) to record the answers but keep the answers handy. At the end, you will total up each category and see which area is your greatest stressor. Only do pages 1-5 which have the places where you put the numbers on it. Click on the button below to take the stress profiler.
Next, look at the category where you found the most stress (the category with your highest total number). Now find the page at the end of the stress profiler with that category. Read the page and reflect with the stress profiler on the google linked here: doc https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fYtCumC0jl714DvA__9uAZFD4wAqWTFH7SHZV1TV-ug/edit?usp=sharing (remember you will need to make a copy and save it as YOUR NAME 3/30 Stress Profiler and share it back with me when completed).
Finally, try the following stress relief websites and reflect in the google doc.
