Class Summary - To start class today, students took a textbook quiz on 1.4. When the quiz was completed and corrected, we went over the answers for the bullet hole WS. Today’s lecture covers the organ systems. I had students look at a sheet full of grouped emojis. Students were to decide which group of emojis represents each organ system. There are 11 different organ systems. They are the integumentary system, the skeletal system, the muscular system, the nervous system, the endocrine system, the cardiovascular system, the respiratory system, the lymphatic system, the digestive system, the urinary system and the reproductive system. We talked about the purpose of each system and what organs are included in each. I assigned the body systems concept map due tomorrow. Test is scheduled for Thursday!!!
