Class Summary - Students start class by watching a video on stress that talks about many of the things that we have been talking about in class regarding stress. Today as we finalize our discussion on stress we try 3 new stress relief techniques; Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Laughter and Visual Imagery. Students are graded on their participation with the activities. We then discuss what middle school students stress about and how middle school students act when they are under a lot of stress. We also discuss some ways that middle school students could deal with or prevent stress in a healthy way (in addition to the activities we tried).

Objectives - Students will learn to deal with stress in healthy ways. Students will identify stressors that middle school students deal with.
