Lifelong Fitness
Class Summary - Today we talked about lifelong fitness. We watched a 10 minute youtube video entitled '23.5 hours' that discussed the importance of being physically active at least 30 minutes per day (60 for kids). We discussed the benefits of fitness (physical, psychological and social) and we also discussed the 5 components of fitness (cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and body composition).
