Class Summary - Today we reviewed all of the information that we have covered about water, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates. Then we introduced proteins by watching an introductory video on proteins. It talks about both complete and incomplete proteins. It gives examples of foods that are rich in proteins and talks about why our body needs proteins and how much we need. We will lecture on proteins and introduce fats tomorrow.
