Class Summary - Today we went through the test from Friday. Students were reminded of the grading policy and that 'summative' assessments like tests count for 80% of the final grade. Retake policy is as follows: Students who wish to retake an alternate version of the test have 1 week to do so. Students who received a 59% or lower have to retake the test but don't need to do it within a week. We then introduced the personality chapter. We discussed why we talk about personality in health class; because your personality will dictate how you deal with choices that deal with your health. We discussed the vocabulary words psychologist and personality and talked about the difference between a psychologist and a psychiatrist. We then analyzed our personalities by choosing 5 personality traits that experts would say are healthy traits and 5 that experts would say are things we should work on.
