Class Summary - Today the students were to go to the USDA choosemyplate.gov website and enter their age, height, sex and activity level to find out the recommendations for food. They were to do a 'print screen' of the results and save it into their google drive. These are the USDA recommendations. We will be using these sheets often in the next week's lectures. The directions to find the results are as follows: 1. www.choosemyplate.gov
