Class Summary - Today students took a quiz on water, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates. Today we went over everything that we learned in the carbohydrate lab and entered our grades for the lab. We then looked at different drinks and the amount of sugar in those drinks. We emphasized the difference between examples like milk and 100% juice that have ‘natural sugar’ but still have good for you things like vitamins and protein compared to things like kool aid and soda that don’t have much else.
