Class Summary - Today we started out with a review of the nutrients that we have talked about so far. Students will have one final quiz on Monday (W1 Students) or Thursday (W2 Students) on all of the nutrients. Today we set up our sparkteens accounts. This website will help us track our foods for a day and show us where we are getting our nutrients from. See attachment for instructions on how to set up the website. Monday or Thursday, students will enter the day’s worth of food so we can look at the nutrient break down.
Homework - Write down what you eat in a day to enter next class period, The test on nutrients is on Wednesday (W1 students) or Friday (W2 students). :-)
