Class Summary - Today I asked students to go to the survey below so I can evaluate and improve my teaching. Then we talked about healthy and unhealthy relationship characteristics. Each student drew 5 characteristics / behaviors from a pile of behaviors. The students were to put those behaviors on a stoplight graphic. Red meaning it is a definite 'don't stay in the relationship' cue, yellow meaning that they may like or not like it but it is not important either way, and green meaning it is definitely important in a relationship. This led us to talk about how even many bad relationships have characteristics in the green but we need to identify characteristics that make abusive relationships and know its time to end those relationships.
