Class Summary - Today we talked about why we make the food choices that we make. We looked at barriers to eating healthy and how we can make adjustments to those barriers. Then students used fooducate to look at how experts 'graded' some of our favorite foods and why. We looked at how some foods perceived as healthy actually fall short.
