Class Summary - Today in class, students were to complete activities based on the website walkinourshoes.org The three activities dealt with hearing personal stories from people with different mental illness, learning what mental illness actually is and doing a little self check on what makes each of them special. The site includes illnesses that high school students might be challenged with, learning myths and facts dealing with mental illness and learning what students can do if they are worried about themselves or someone else who is struggling.The packet was due at the end of the hour.
