Class Summary - Today students completed a stress profiler along with completing some stress relief techniques. For the profiler, students should total up each category and be aware of their highest score's category. Students will reflect on the highest category on Next Tuesday's test. The stress relief techniques focused on how students can counteract the effects of fight or flight that our body puts us through in moments of stress. We alternated a page of the stress profiler with each stress relief technique. One day this week Thursday or Friday or Monday of next week, they will need to see me before school to get their biodot. They should record colors throughout the day and what they were doing when they got that color. We will talk about what the colors mean before the test next week.
Homework - Students should come to my room to get a biodot before school sometime before January 14th (the day before the assessment). They should record their color at different times throughout the day on the provided record sheet.
