Class Summary - Students started watching the movie, 'That Sugar Film.' In this documentary, a man who rarely eats refined sugar ups his intake to 40 teaspoons which is the average added sugar intake for Australians. The unique thing about this film is that he does not gorge on junk food and soda. He eats things that people consider healthy like juice boxes, sauces, breads and yogurt etc. He documents his journey over 30 days and addresses the results afterwards.
